Se l’Italia – squassata da Renzi & Co., crac bancari pagati dai comuni risparmiatori, viceregine boscherecce e depositi museali traboccanti di opere d’arte destinate ad ingrassare i topi – si gode la politica culturale demenziale del kriminale ministro Franceskini, anche Trump si sta dando da fare e taglia i fondi alle grande istituzioni museali e scentifiche statunitensi per le iniziatve culturali decentrate per portare “conoscenza” nelle aree più culturalmente depresse degli Stati Uniti.
Proprio quelle che hanno appunto eletto Trump al soglio presidenziale in virtù della loro paleolitica ignoranza.
Come avevano ragione Oscar Wilde, Giuseppe Prezzolini e mo zio Emil-Ludwig a sostenere che “L’America è un Paese che è passato dalla Barbarie alla Decadenza senza conoscere la Civiltà”…

“The President’s budget released today proposing the elimination of funding for the NEA, NEH and IMLS is shortsighted and does a terrible disservice to the American people. For more than 50 years, these programs have provided, at modest cost, essential support to arts organizations throughout the country—many times sustaining the arts in areas where people do not have access to major institutions like the Metropolitan Museum. We will join with arts organizations and artists nationwide and work with our supporters in Congress to see that these vital funds are maintained.”
